Andrew Siebenborn
Vice President, Food Safety and Quality
Andrew Siebenborn joined Wells in 2019 as Factory Director for our Henderson, NV, manufacturing plant, where he was responsible for overseeing the start-up of the recently acquired facility for Wells. He soon became Sr. Director of EHS, Food Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Sustainability, overseeing the strategic development of key programs for Wells designed to drive operating improvements and establish key operating standards for the business.
He was promoted to his current role in November of 2025, one in which he oversees the overall food safety and quality programs for the Ferrero Ice Cream Division, including ice cream operations of Wells in the US and Ferrero internationally. He also is responsible for the strategic food safety and quality programs for ice cream products sold globally.
Prior to Wells, Andrew held several progressively growing roles at Unilever in their ice cream manufacturing and supply chain team, most recently as Factory Director for their plant in Henderson before Wells’ acquisition.
He holds a B.S. degree in Food Science and Business from the University of Missouri. Andrew and his wife, along with their two daughters, enjoy traveling and nearly anything they can do outdoors.
His favorite Wells products are Blue Bunny’s Bunny Tracks Load’d Sundaes and Butterfinger ice cream candy bars.
