Vice President, Transformation
Bill Mick joined Wells in 2016 as Director of Sales Planning. Bill quickly expanded his responsibility, becoming the Senior Director of Revenue Management and Sales Planning in 2018. After continuing to the evolution of that function to improve our efficiency and management, Bill was promoted to Vice President, Commercial Effectiveness in 2019.Bill most recently became Vice President, Transformation in 2022, where he has shaped and continues to lead the foundational organization and growing impact of the business intelligence function at Wells. In this role Bill leads Wells’ business planning, sales planning, revenue growth management, forecasting and analytics, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Prior to Wells, Bill began his career as a Client Manager working for Nielsen in 2004. He soon transitioned into the CPG client side when he joined Kraft Foods in 2007 where he was responsible for several leadership roles in analytics and sales planning. Bill joined the Ferrara Candy Company in 2013 as the Director of Trade Planning where he remained in that role before joining Wells.
Bill received his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame. He resides in Chicago, and enjoys golfing and fishing in his spare time.
