Cindy Koch

Chief Financial Officer

Cindy Koch joined Wells in 2022 as Vice President, Finance, overseeing the commercial, operations, and Corporate Finance teams. She was named Chief Financial Officer in April 2024.
Cindy has a deep consumer packaged goods background, with more than 25 years of finance experience across a diverse set of roles including strategy, financial management, commercial operations, M&A, and investor relations. She has worked both in the US and globally, most recently serving as Chief of Staff, Strategy and Growth at General Mills. Cindy is a collaborative leader, known for driving long-term growth and connecting people and ideas.
Cindy received her undergraduate degree from St. Olaf College and MBA from Harvard Business School. She is active in a number of community organizations and is on the board of CommonBond Communities, serving as Treasurer since 2020.
