Chief Customer Officer
Ken Reuter joined Wells in January of 1991 as a Buyer in the procurement department. He soon moved into a Marketing role, leading Wells’ entry into the Mobile Vending channel in 1992 and Convenience Channel in 1995. He spent several years leading our Out-of-Home Marketing efforts, ultimately adding responsibility for Out-of-Home Sales leadership as well.In 2012, Ken was promoted to Sr. Director in Brand Marketing. His tenure in Brand Marketing was highlighted by leading the launch of Blue Bunny Mini Swirls and repositioning of Bomb Pop brand. In 2016, Ken assumed leadership of Wells Customer Brand business and was promoted to Vice President in 2017. He later added responsibility for Customer Strategy and Development.
Ken’s passion for business development and strategic customer relationships led to his appointment to his current role of Chief Customer Officer in 2024, where he oversees all Wells’ sales channels and all aspects of the sales function.
Ken joined Wells after graduating from Morningside College in Sioux City, IA, with a degree in Business Administration.
His favorite Wells products are Blue Bunny Vanilla Bean and the iconic Original Bomb Pop.
