Nicolas Neykov

Chief Operating Officer

Nicolas Neykov joined Wells in September 2025 as Chief Operating Officer, bringing with him over 25 years of experience and a proven track record of growth and development in consumer packaged goods. In his role, Nicolas is charged with leading Wells’ strategic growth plan and end-to-end business operations. He will oversee the growth of the business behind Wells core brands, future innovation initiatives, and operations and supply chain excellence, and support all aspects of the company’s strategies through his passionate commitment to developing people and high-performing teams.

Nicolas joins Wells after having been with the Ferrero Group for over 18 years. He most recently served as President and Managing Director of Ferrero France since 2021, where he led continuous growth and value creation for the business, its partners, employees, and the territory. Prior to that role, Nicolas was Managing Director of the Asia Pacific zone, and previously led teams in sales, marketing, and trade leadership roles in Ferrero France since joining the company in 2007. He began his career with the Unilever Group where he developed his expertise in the food sector in marketing functions on various categories of the Group – including ice cream.

Nicolas’ favorite Wells products are Blue Bunny Vanilla Bean and Halo Top Chocolate Fudge Brownie.
