Aldo Perez-Sandi

Chief Human Resources Officer

Aldo Perez-Sandi joined Wells in September of 2023 as our Chief Human Resources Officer. Aldo is responsible for leading the human resources function at Wells, including leading Wells’ overall HR strategy, overseeing all organizational HR business partners, total rewards, talent acquisition, and enterprise health and wellness.
Before joining Wells, Aldo was most recently Vice President of Human Resources for Ferrero Mexico and Central America since 2017. In his tenure there, he developed and implemented many HR strategies to support consistency and connectivity with Ferrero International. He focused on deploying line manager excellence initiatives, talent management, managing labor relations, HR legal compliance, SG&A planning, and stewarding the growth in organizational culture.
Aldo graduated with a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Guadalajara in Mexico, where he also received a master’s degree in business administration with certifications in organizational development and operations control.
Aldo is the proud father of three, and in his spare time enjoys photography and anything that draws him closer to nature, in particular mountain biking and hiking.
