Santhi joined Wells in 2022, as Chief Commercial Officer, to lead and integrate marketing, sales, innovation, insights & strategy functions. Santhi brings over 25 years of commercial experience building brands, launching new products, and driving profitable growth across multiple industries, in North America as well as across the world. Santhi is an award-winning marketer, recognized by Forbes as one of World’s Most Influential CMO’s for accelerating growth through future-forward strategies. She is an influential leader, known for forming enduring customer relationships, developing diverse high -performance teams and building winning environments of collaboration, transparency, and alignment.Most recently, Santhi served as Chief Marketing Officer for Hershey International, where she led a global international insights, marketing, innovation, and strategy team across 10 countries with a portfolio of chocolate, candy, and snack brands. Prior to that, she led commercial marketing and innovation incubator at Hershey USA to build new brands and extend chocolate into snacks. Before her time at Hershey, Santhi was focused on creating consumer centric opportunities through marketing and commercial roles at Colgate Palmolive and McCain Foods. Santhi built her foundational commercial experience as a buyer at Walmart Inc. Santhi received her undergraduate degree in electronics and communication from University of Madras and her MBA from University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
